SUSANO’O LEGEND

Susano'o (須 佐 之 男 / ス サ ノ オ) or also called Tatehaya Sosano wo no Mikoto) is the god of the sea and storms in the Shinto religion. Susano'o is the brother of Amaterasu (the sun goddess) and Tsukuyomi (the moon god). Three of them are children of Izanagi, who was born when Izanagi cleaned himself (wash face).
